| An Elizabeth woman, Hope Wyman, 37, died as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident early Monday afternoon on Route 47 near Leachtown.
Wyman's 10 year-old son was taken to Camden Clark Medical Center and treated for minor injuries.
Another passenger, 62 year-old Pamela Ahart, was also taken to CCMC and is expected to survive.
The SUV was traveling westbound towards Parkersburg when it overturned, ejecting Wyman and killing her.
Officials said wet road conditions likely contributed to the crash.
The Wood County Crash Team is investigating.
