| Ellen Flora Lacy, 70, of Big Bend WV, passed away, July 11, 2013 at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus, OH following an extended illness.
Born in Royal Oak Michigan on March 25, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Ellenor Keast Carlson.
She is survived by her husband, Franklin Clifford Lacy, Sr.; two daughters, Colleen Fay Stewart of Toledo OH and Vicky Ray Parsons of Bell City MO; two sons, Franklin Clifford Lacy, Jr. of Toledo OH and Christopher Noel Lacy of Big Bend; one sister, Lorre Barnard of Clawson MI; and one brother, Darrell Carlson of Waterford MI. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday July 17, 2013, 2:00 pm, at the Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville WV with Rev. Barry Skaggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Big Bend Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:00-2:00 the time of the services.
