Lena Lunsford, the mother of a missing Lewis County girl is out of jail again, with US Magistrate James Seibert warning her again to stay away from a convicted felon who fathered her eighth child.
Lunsford was twice arrested within two weeks for violating probation in Wheeling.
Seibert said that while Lunsford was unwilling to follow the conditions of her probation, she is not a flight risk nor a danger to the community.
Siebert told Lunsford that continued violations could lead to prosecution and imprisonment.
She served eight months in jail for welfare fraud after her 3-year-old daughter Aliayah disappeared from the Weston family residence in September 2011.
A wide-spread search for the child has not proved fruitful.
