A free class entitled "Cooking around the World" will be offered on Wednesdays starting on June 26th. Classes will begin at 10 a.m. and will be held at the Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department.
Nancy Bremar, Nutrition Outreach Instructor will be leading participants on a wonderful journey of culinary delights from many of the world's regions. Along the way, participants will also learn about nutrition and health.
Classes will last around 6 weeks and are structured to be fun and interactive. Everyone will receive 100's of recipes that are easy to make, healthy and taste great.
There will be door prizes, hands on cooking and lots of tasting.
