A 22-year-old Roane County man has was charged with arson Thursday.
Authorities arrested Cole Garrett Tawney and charged him with felony 1st degree arson, burning a structure.
Garrett was also charged with violating a protective order.
He is being held in Central Regional Jail on $100,000 bond.
