| William Woodson "Bill" Hood, Jr., 72, of Walton WV, died Saturday, May 18, 2013, in the Roane General Hospital, Spencer.
He was born June 23, 1940 at Montgomery, a son of the late William W. and Ocie Irene Bays Hood, Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Faye Walker Hood; and a son, Michael Wayne Hood.
Survivors include a stepson, Malcom Walker of Cabins; daughter, Terri Renee Hood of Woodbridge VA; two sons, William W. Hood, III of Nokesville VA and Glen Dale Hood of Walton; a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Hazel Hood of Walton; 10 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
There will be no visitation or service.
