Fire destroys mobile home off Sinking Springs Rd.
Fire struck a mobile home on Honeysuckle Road Friday afternoon, a 911 call reported the structure was fully engulfed.
The mobile home was reportedly occupied by Erica, Brian, and Brooklyn Burrows.
The Calhoun Sheriff's Department responded to the incident in the narrow hollow off Sinking Springs after a female complained she had been assaulted.
Grantsville and Arnoldsburg VFDs responded to the fire at 1:35 p.m., with the Upper West Fork VFD responding on standby. MHHS ambulance also responded.
It was the fifth dwelling that has burned in the immediate area in recent years.
