The driver of a sewage removal truck lost control of his vehicle on Route 74 in the Village of Mountain Wednesday afternoon, the vehicle left the highway, traveling across a yard and crashing into a house.
The house was heavily damaged, with the roof partially collapsing.
The Ritchie County Sheriffs Department said the driver was taken to an area medical facility by ambulance.
The sheriffs department is continuing to investigate the incident.
