CHARLESTON STABBING - A Charleston man has been charged in a stabbing attack in South Charleston.
Kevin Lamont Lee Jr., 23, was charged with a felony count of malicious wounding, according to a criminal complaint.
According to the complaint, Lee allegedly got into an argument with Thomas Brown in South Charleston and during the fight, Brown was stabbed once in the abdomen, once in the chest, twice in the face, four times in the back, once in the left shoulder and once in the left elbow.
Brown in the intensive care unit of CAMC General Hospital.
PIT BULLS SHOT - Charleston police shot two pitbulls after they attacked a postal worker, saying they attacked a postal worker while she was delivering mail to the residence.
The dogs bit the worker's hand and she was taken to the hospital.
When police arrived, they had to shoot the dogs, because they would not stop attacking the officers.
MAN SHOT IN FACE - A man in his 50s was taken to a Charleston hospital after he was shot in the face in Institute.
Police say there are several persons of interest at this time, but are withholding names because of the nature of the investigation.
VIOLENT RAND HOME INVASION - Police say four people were injured during an early morning home invasion in Rand.
Police say the victims were hit with pistols during the attack.
They believe two men and one woman entered the home with guns and demanded money and drugs from the victims.
The invaders were wearing ski masks and dark clothing.
