CALHOUN CIRCUIT COURT HAS SEVEN CASES ON MONDAY'S DOCKET

Calhoun Circuit Court will be in session Monday starting at 9:30 a.m. related to a number of felony cases.

The defendants will appear before Judge David W. Nibert.

- Ordie Rogers, Jr. of Chloe who was re-indicted related to the death of his infant daughter, will be in court for a suppression hearing.

- Charles Richard "Bucky" Bell. Jr., 25, of Grantsville, will appear for a pretrial hearing. He was indicted on one count of operating or attempting to operate clandestine drug laboratories; one count of conspiracy.

- Issac Paul Bell, 23, of Grantsville, will appear for a pretrial hearing. He was indicted on one count of operating or attempting to operate clandestine drug laboratories; one count of conspiracy.

- Allen Keith Carpenter, 22, of Arnoldsburg, will appear for a pretrial hearing. He was indicted on one count of operating or attempting to operate clandestine drug laboratories; one count of conspiracy.

The charges against Charles Bell, Isaac Bell, and Allen Keith Carpenter stem from an incident on September 19, 2011, investigated by Sgt. O. Starsick of the West Virginia State Police.

- Tiffany Davis is appearing in court for sentencing, having been charged with felony meth charges.

- Daniel Mark Johnson is appearing for further proceedings.

- Zachary Wease is appearing for revocation of his probation.

- Five juvenile cases on docket.
