Grantsville's Foodland was evacuated Saturday morning after smoke filled the store.
The Grantsville VFD responded to the store to investigate the origin of the smoke, the fire was restricted to the source of the problem.
The GVFD responded to a hay fire Sunday afternoon at 1:20 p.m. on Rt. 16, just south of Grantsville.
The hay on a trailer attached to a truck ignited, the vehicle reportedly pulling off the highway at Victory Baptist Church. |
