Three individuals have been arrested in Roane County and charged with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.
- Amber Leshae Smith, 30.
- Natasha Lynn Mathewson, 23.
- Benjamin Clark Lilly, 28.
All three are in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $15,000 each. |
