| 2 PM - Roane County Schools are dismissing students early Monday afternoon because of anticipated flooding.
The Speed Road and Reedyville Road areas were already covered with water by noon, according to Roane Schools.
Schools in Hampshire, Mineral, Hardy, Pendleton and Grant counties were also closed Monday due to weather conditions.
