 Edward Allen Fields, 31, is in Central Regional Jail on a multitude of charges from Jackson and Roane County, mostly property crimes.
Fields is facing, receiving and transferring stolen property, daytime burglary, grand larceny, and uttering in December, 2012.
Bail is set at $75,000 on some of the charges, while lesser bail is set for others.
