WOMAN WITH GUN AND DRUGS - A Clarksburg woman is behind bars after deputies found 300 heroin stamps and a gun during a routine traffic stop.

Deputies pulled over Nikki Pierce, 20, and she is charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of a gun.

AMBUSH STYLE SHOOTING - Two people were injured after an early Saturday morning ambush-style shooting in Charleston.

Details are still sketchy at this time, but police say two people suffered gunshot wounds to their lower bodies.

The crime scene was described as expansive, with forty-plus casings collected at the scene.

Police are unsure how many people were firing guns.

The two victims who were shot remain in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said businesses in the area were hit by some of the bullets, and neighboring houses could possibly find bullet holes as well.

Police say the shooting took place in an area of town quite familiar with crime.

Andre Williamson, also known as "A3" is facing charges in an unrelated case. Police have charged him with being an accessory after the fact in the killing of David Booker.

Booker was killed on Charleston's east end in November.

Williamson has a long criminal history, and has been arrested for shootings in the past.

MAN STABS FATHER - Police have charged a Charleston man with attempted murder after he allegedly stabbed his father in the neck with a knife. The victim was identified as Thomas Ornbaun, 60.

Ornbaum said his 24-year-old son, Drew Connor Ornbaun, stabbed him in the neck with a knife as his father walked out of his bedroom, according to a criminal complaint.

Police detained Drew Ornbaun who said he had attacked his father because he was "tired of being threatened," according to the criminal complaint.

Police found blood on the walls near the father's bedroom and a bloody knife on a dryer in a hallway. Thomas Ornbaun was taken to the hospital and released after treatment.

Drew Ornbaun is being held in South Central Regional Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash-only bail.

STORE HOLD-UP - The Marion County Sheriff's Department is looking for a man who robbed a Boothsville convenience store.

The sheriff's department said the robber came into "The Little Store" on Middletown Road and brandished a handgun.

Deputies said the robber left on foot after taking the cash, but that a getaway vehicle may have been involved.

MAN HAS PROBLEM IN THREE COUNTIES - Saturday afternoon officers from three different counties were on the hunt for a man from Bridgeport.

It started around noon Saturday when Charles Hall, 25, allegedly used a gun to threaten a woman.

Hall fled to Marion County where he was stopped. Officials found Xanax, marijuana, and a concealed knife in his car.

Hall was charged with possession of a controlled substance out of Marion County, want and endangerment out of Harrison, and reckless driving out of Lewis.

He's being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $30,000 bond. Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
