KANAWHA CITY ARREST - Police have made an arrest in connection with an alleged robbery in the parking lot of Elder-Beerman in Kanawha City.

Police say a man walked up to the victim and said he had a gun and would kill him if he didn't give him money.

He then got into a vehicle and took off.

Police stopped that vehicle and the man is being charged by Charleston Police.

TWO DEAD IN MON COUNTY - Monongalia County Sheriff's deputies found two people dead at a home 14-miles from Morgantown, after receiving a 911 hang-up call from the residence

. They are investigating the case as a murder-suicide.

HUNTINGTON SHOOTOUT - A woman is facing felony charges after after she was allegedly involved in a shootout, police responding to a shots fired call.

Chrysilla R. Gundy, 19, of Huntington was charged with being an accomplice or aiding and abetting.

Police said Gundy was driving her car with another man when they allegedly became involved in a shootout with her ex-boyfriend, Lavonta Burrell, 21, of Huntington, according to the criminal complaint.

The complaint said Gundy was the driver of the vehicle in which the man got out of and returned gunfire at Burrell. She then dropped him off so the man could flee from police.

Burrell was charged with attempted murder and threats of terrorist acts.

PARKERSBURG POLICE ARREST MAN ON FIREARM CHARGE - Officer J.R. Snyder conducted a traffic stop on a 2002 Lincoln Navigator with a South Carolina registration, and upon speaking to the driver, Perry Darnell Keitt, Officer Snyder observed the handle of a firearm when the glove box was opened.

The officer secured the Kel Tech 9mm handgun without incident. A check of Keitt''s South Carolina driver's license showed it was currently suspended.

Keitt was taken into custody for carrying a concealed deadly weapon and driving on a suspended license.

A criminal records check of Keitt revealed he was a convicted felon, with a conviction on for battery of a high and aggravated nature in Orangeburg County, South Carolina.

POLICE ARREST THREE - Charleston Police have arrested three men in connection to an armed robbery which happened in downtown Charleston.

Police say a man was on his way to the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center when three masked men robbed him at gunpoint.
