A Shining Star goes to Minnie Hamilton's Long Term Care unit employees.
"All the wonderful people who work in the nursing home are shining stars," says Ed Tingler.
"Those wonderful ladies go above and beyond duty to make sure their residents are happy. They take the greatest of care of them."
