| Kenneth L. Cottrell, 71, of Spencer WV, died Thursday January 31, 2013 at his home.
He was born May 9, 1941 at Oka, Calhoun County, the son of the late William Ray and Orpha Faye Brannon Cottrell.
Kenneth was a retired merchant and trader. He was a former employee of Kellwood Co., Spencer and a graduate of Spencer High School.
Survivors include his maternal aunt and uncle, Ernestine and Kenneth Keaton of Orma; cousins, Sandy Tallman of Newton, Carolyn O'Neal of Oak Harbor, OH, Sharlet Hastings and Travis Simons both of Jodie, Darlene Morris of Maysel, Karla Keaton Stiffler of Las Vegas, NV, Kenneth Vance Keaton of Akron, OH and Emily Brook Keaton of Orma.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, Feb 4 at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer with the Rev. Homer H. Hensley officiating. Burial will be in the Clover Cemetery, Clover. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour before the funeral.
