| Azlynn Jessann Carpenter, infant daughter of Samantha and Jonathan Carpenter of Mt. Zion passed away suddenly at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg on January 22, 2013.
She is survived in addition to her parents by her half brother, Maverick Shane Carpenter; grandparents, Theodore 'Ted' Poulin, Ann Poulin and Donald Ray Carpenter; great grandmother, Susan Curtis (Phillip), great-great grandmother, Josephine LaRiviere; uncle, Jonathan Poulin as well as several additional aunts and uncles.
She is preceded in death by her aunt, Jessace Marie Stump.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville is in charge of arrangements.
