Murl Duane Radabaugh, 79, of Grantsville WV, died January 18, 2013 after a long illness.
He was born September 22, 1933 the son of the late Benjamin and Ethel Freshour Radabaugh.
Duane spent 20 years in the U.S. Army and retired March 1975. He then retired from Calhoun General Hospital in 1992.
He was a member of the Eureka Lodge #40 of Grantsville and the ISIS Shrines Mini Wheels of Junction City, Kansas.
He was a member of the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church and was also an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years Patricia Kight Radabaugh; daughter Marcia Swisher; son Michael (Brenda) Radabaugh; granddaughters Amber (Chris) Long and Tiffany Swisher (David Horn), great-grandchildren Mikaela and Byron Long and Landon Summers; a brother Dale (Marion) Radabaugh, and a sister Freda (Von) Yoak.
He is preceded in death by sister Maxine Bush and brother Thurman Radabaugh.
Viewing will be held at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church from 2-4 on Sunday January 20.
Services will be held at PHUMC on Monday January 21 at 2 pm with viewing an hour before services. |
