WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Man Shoots Family Dogs During Dispute, Man Fires Gun In 'Gentlemen's Club'

MAN SHOOTS FAMILY DOGS IN DISPUTE - A Marion County man was arrested Sunday night after deputies say he got into a fight with family members and then shot two of their dogs.

Charles Jones III went to his sister's house in Worthington and got into some type of verbal fight with his brother-in-law.

Jones apparently shot one dog inside the house that was sitting on a couch beside five children.

Deputies say he then went outside and opened fire on another dog that was chained up.

Jones is being charged with seven counts of wanton endangerment, two counts of animal cruelty, and felony possession of a firearm.

MAN FIRES GUN IN GENTLEMEN'S CLUB - A Monongalia County man was arrested over the weekend, after he fired a gun in a local gentlemen's club.

Franklin McVay, 27, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm and assault with endangerment with a firearm.

West Virginia State Police said McVay fired his gun into the ceiling of the gentlemen's club.

McVay is in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $500,000.

HUNTINGTON ROBBERY - Huntington Police are looking for two men that robbed a Huntington business Saturday night. It happened at Stadium Spirits, where two men walked into the business armed with guns and held up the store.

It's unclear regarding what was stolen.

TRIPLE MURDER CASE - A Webster County couple accused of a triple murder have been indicted.

Amanda and Michael York are facing three counts of murder.

In the summer of 2012, the bodies of Dustin Brown, Lamar Coates and Denise Coates were found in the Yorks' front yard.

They will have their preliminary hearing in July.
