BLOODY SISTER STABBING - Two sisters in Lookout got into a bloody argument Friday with one stabbing the other in the stomach, according to Fayette County Sheriff Steve Kessler.
Kessler said Misty Dawn Dixon, 37, allegedly stabbed her 34-year-old sister Angel Orndorff "in the stomach with a knife she had in her purse."
Dixon fled the area before police arrived, but later turned herself in.
She was arraigned on charges of malicious wounding. A magistrate set her bond at $10,000.
Her sister was taken to Charleston Area Medical Center by air ambulance. Her condition was unknown.
Lookout is a small, unincorporated community not far from the New River Gorge Bridge.
CHARLESTON POLICE REPORT STABBING - Few details are available regarding a Charleston stabbing early Saturday morning.
911 dispatchers say it happened on Capitol Street in Charleston about 2:45 a.m. Saturday.
They say two people have been taken to the hospital.
