Vehicle clips telephone on Rt. 5, no injuries
An auto went out of control about 8 p.m. Tuesday on Rt. 5 west, clipping a telephone pole.
The driver and occupants were not injured.
The accident happened near the intersection of Big Root Road.
Calhoun EMS and the Grantsville VFD responded.
State Police investigated the accident.
The Upper West Fork VFD responded to a brush fire on Pond Run Tuesday afternoon, but the fire had been put out before they arrived.
