| Public Water Sampling Violation Notice
Mt. Zion P.S.D. is directed by the WV Bureau of Public Health, Office of Environmental Health Services to publicly notify customers of a failure to monitor for Trihalomethanes and Haloacetic Acids for the expired sampling period of 7/1/12 through 9/30/12.
The corrective action for this violation is attention to sampling schedules and timely submission of subsequent samples which is being addressed.
