Ashley Kreh and Ordie Rogers, Jr. were in the Calhoun court in Grantsville Wednesday, related to the death of their two-month-old daughter in February, 2012.
During Wednesday's hearing, Kreh, 21, agreed to a plea deal between her attorney and Prosecutor Rocky Holmes.
She will be sentenced on Feb. 25, 2013.
Kreh has been indicted on one count of murder in the 2nd degree and one count of child abuse resulting in death. She has been held in Central Regional Jail on $750,000 bond.
Ordie J. Rogers, 30, who has been indicted on one count of murder in the 2nd degree and one count of child neglect resulting in death, is scheduled to go to trial on January 15, 2013. He has been released on bond.
