| Lewis Dale Johnson, 60, of Grantsville, West Virginia, passed away October 29, 2012 at his home.
"Louie" was a son of the late Okey Dale and Irene E. Cooper Johnson.
He was a member of the West Virginia Labor Union and a Methodist by faith.
He is survived by brothers, Donald W. (Helen) Johnson and Mark P. (Becky) Johnson and one sister, Phyllis J. (Jerry) Malona, all of Grantsville as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by one brother, Charles E. Johnson and one niece, Amanda Lea Johnson.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 2 at Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville with Rev. Jerry N. Malona officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion cemetery.
Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the services on Friday.
