A pick-up truck went out of control and rolled over, crashing on Henry's Fork Road about noon Saturday.
Keith Tanner, 29, of Arnoldsburg, was complaining with neck and back pain, and was taken to Roane General Hospital by Calhoun EMS, with a female passenger also being transported.
The Arnoldsburg VFD responded to the accident.
State Police are investigating.
