Elva Kelley, 55 of Palestine WV passed away at his residence Sept. 21, 2012 doing what he loved providing for his family.
He was born in West Hamlin WV the son of Burley Kelley and the late Romain (Rakes) Kelley.
He loved hunting , fishing, playing cards and vacationing and playing Euker partners with Steve and Deb Payne.

Services will be Thursday, Sept. 27 at 1:00 p.m. at Freeman Funeral Home in Chapmanville WV with the Rev Jr. Collins officiating. Visitation will be Monday, September 24 from 4 to 9 p.m. at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV and Wednesday, September 26, from 4- 9 p.m. at Freeman Funeral Home in Chapmanville WV. Burial will follow at Carter Cemetery/Hoover of Big Harts Cemetery.
