 A Braxton County man was shot by a Braxton teen late Tuesday night, according to the WV State Police.
Thirty-three-year-old Donald Morrison was shot and killed.
Eighteen-year-old Billy Joe McGraw (left) has been arrested and is being held in central Regional Jail for shooting his uncle.
McGraw is telling police it was an accident, police say a malicious wounding charge could be upgraded.
State Police say the shooting happened at a home in the Squires Trailer Court outside of Sutton, near Braxton County High School.
Police say there were other people inside the home at the time of the shooting but no one else was hurt.
