| Robert Marvan (Bob) Lewis, 70, formerly of St. Marys, WV, passed away, September 5, 2012, at Lakin Hospital in West Columbia, WV.
He was born, January 7, 1942, in Weston, WV, a son of the late Marvan and Mildred Britton Lewis. He was a 1959 graduate of Calhoun County High School, a U. S. Air Force Veteran, and a member of the American Legion. He was a Baptist and a member of the Ironworkers Local #787.
He is survived by three children, Richard Marvan Lewis of Denver CO, Jonathan Robert Lewis of Red Oaks, TX, and Debra Pinkerton Coy of St. Paul Park, MN, six granddaughters, five grandsons, one sister, Carolyn Heiney of Grantsville, WV, one brother, Tom Lewis of Myrtle Beach, SC, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be held Sunday, September 9, 2012, at 2 P. M. at the Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV, with Pastor Jimmy Taylor officiating.
Interment will be in the Troy IOOF Cemetery, Troy, WV, with military graveside rites. Friends may call from 4 to 8 P. M. Saturday and from 1 to 2 P. M. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Office, 1218 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
