| UPDATE TUE. - Three people were killed in a Doddridge County shooting Monday evening, all from the same family.
The Sheriff's Department is still investigating the case, but has indicated the shooter is a juvenile. That juvenile is in custody.
ORIGINAL STORY 9 PM/MONDAY - Authorities in Doddridge County are on the scene of a shooting at a residence on Mastons Road near Rt. 18. The 911 call was at 6 p.m.
Sources indicate there are three victims, all from the same family, indicating they were shot at a home about two miles outside West Union and that a suspect is in custody.
The Doddridge County Sheriff's Department and the WV State Police are on the scene.
Police at 11 p.m. had not confirmed those injured or the fatalities.
The Doddridge Co. Sheriffs Department will lead the investigation.
Neighbors near the scene who spoke to a reporter say they believe multiple people were shot at the residence.
