| In Loving Remembrance - Rosalie "Rose" Murphy Thompson was called by the Lord on July 25th at her home in Gilbertown, Alabama.
She was born in Calhoun County Sept. 19th, 1950 to Blondenia Bell Murphy.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Samuel Leo Thompson; sons, Phillip Bailey and John Thomas Bailey of Alaska; stepsons, Randy and Jerry Thompson of WV, Leo Thompson Wooster OH; daughter, Paula Starcher of Arnoldsburg WV; stepdaughters, Donna Hostetler of Shreve OH; Crystal Thompson, Melody Thompson and Tracy Rhodes of WV; brother, Holly Murphy of Creston WV; sisters, Esther Laughlin of Arnoldsburg, Bessie Hall of Spencer WV, Mildred
Lockhart of Parkersburg WV, Judy Knotts of Arnoldsburg; seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother Blondenia Bell Murphy; maternal
grandparents, Stonewall and Alberta Bell, one brother, Paul L. Murphy, one sister Loretta Marks.
Funeral services were held July 28th at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in
Gilbertown, AL with burial in Womack Hill Cemetery, Womack, AL>
