| Edgar Ray Roberts, 83, of Chloe, West Virginia, passed away August 3, 2012 at Miletree Health Care Center in Spencer.
Born in Logan County, May 14, 1929, he was a son of the late Fernal and Lona Reynolds Roberts. He was retired from General Motors Corporation of Flint, Michigan with 37 years service. He attended Apostolic Faith Chapel in Spencer.
Surviving are his children, Donnie R. Roberts, Ronnie L. Roberts, Rodney L. Roberts, David E. Roberts, Daniel M. Roberts, Columbus J. Roberts, Marie C. Roberts, Sherrie L. Roberts and Terrie A. Adams; two brothers, Raymond Roberts and Bill Roberts; one sister Ruth Lemons; 26 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 9 at 1:00 p.m. at the Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg. Pastor Jeffrey Jett will officiate. Interment will be in the Coen Cemetery at Nebo. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Wednesday.
