The elusive Robert Allen Starcher, Jr., 29, has been arrested again in Alabama.
Starcher was recently returned from Alabama by authorities to face multiple charges in this region, but was accidentally released from Central Regional Jail during the wide-spread power outage.
Starcher, a native of Rosedale and former Calhoun resident, has a long arrest record, and is wanted in connection of thefts in Roane, Calhoun and Jackson County.
Starcher, after his CRJ release, fled back to Decauter, Alabama, where he was recently arrested as a suspect in a burglary, and authorities there discovered he was wanted in West Virginia.
Chief Roane County Deputy Todd Cole told Spencer Newspapers, "If they charge him down there, it might be some time before we have to worry about going to get him."
