HUNTINGTON MAN SHOT - Huntington Police arrested two people after a shooting Tuesday morning in a residential area.
Police discovered that Kyle Michael Gibbs, 26, of Huntington, had been shot in the back and left leg, his wounds not life threatening.
Police arrested Phillip Gregory Johnson, 27, of Huntington, and charged him with malicious wounding, wanton endangerment and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Johnson is being held in the Western Regional Jail in lieu of a $300,000 cash-only bail .
Officers discovered the handgun used in the shooting.
They also charged Kandyce Michelle Rogers of Huntington with accessory after the fact, for her alleged role in the shooting, according to a press release.
Rogers also was being held in the Western Regional Jail, bail was set at $25,000.
VIDEO PARLOR HOLD-UP - Deputies are looking for the man that walked into a Kanawha County video game parlor Tuesday morning and demanded cash.
It happened at Kelly's Kafe in Jefferson. Police say the man threatened to kill the clerk and demanded money. He took some cash.
GAS STATION ROBBED - A gas station in the Sabraton neighborhood of Morgantown was robbed at gunpoint Sunday night.
It happened at the Sunoco in the Eastgate Plaza.
The Monongalia County sheriff's department said a man in a black ski mask told a cashier he had a gun and asked for money.
The robber ran from the store on foot.
Deputies later found a car wrecked near that area but a K-9 unit wasn't able to locate the suspect.
