Madeline Fae Tucker Fouty, 70, of Spencer, West Virginia died July 14, 2012 at her home after an extended illness.
She was born February 23, 1942 in Spencer a daughter of the late Milford and Pauline Miller. She worked at Norris Industries and Kellwood Company and as a nurse's aide at Gordon's Hospital and the Spencer State Hospital. She was a Christian and enjoyed animals.
She is survived by two daughters, Janice Haid and Diane Longfellow, both of Spencer; a son, Frank Tucker of Spencer; six sisters, Pauline Lawson and Myrtle Sue McKown, both of Spencer, Phyllis Milhoan of Reedy, West Virginia, Melinda Jones of Cross Lanes, West Virginia, Debrah Marks of Millstone, and half-sister, Ruth Starcher of Calhoun County, West Virginia; six brothers, Phil, Bob, Bill, Larry, and Tom Miller, all of Spencer, and Curtis Miller of Reedy; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Tucker, Sr.; second husband, Larry Fouty; four sisters, Shirley Ann Starcher, Mildred Ash, and Jennifer and Janice Miller; and two brothers, Milford Miller, Jr. and Jack Miller.
Service 1:00pm Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer with Revs. Jackie Roberts and Garry Bowen officiating. Burial will be in the Craig Hill Cemetery. Visiting hours are from 6:00 to 8:00pm Tuesday at the funeral home. |
