William Patrick "Bill" Webb, 58, of Spencer, died at 9:04 p.m., Thursday, July 5, 2012, in the CAMC - Memorial Hospital, Charleston, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born March 30, 1954, at Clover, a son of Mary E. Price Webb of Spencer and the late James Lewis Webb. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Glenda Griffin Webb; a brother, Herbert Lewis Webb; maternal grandparents, Pat and Bessie Price; paternal grandparents, Rex and Ruby Webb.
Bill was employed by Skip and Dotty at Express Oil, Ripley.
In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory are a son, Billy Webb of Spencer; a daughter, Angie Holt of Cambridge, OH; five grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmy and Johnny Webb both of Spencer; a sister, Barbara Parkin of Spencer; a very special baby girl, Autumn.
A funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Rick Perrine and the Rev. Loren Price officiating. Burial will be in the Clover Cemetery, Clover. Friends may call Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
