| Jarrett Orton Southall, 79, of Spencer WV, died at 10:01 a.m., Friday, June 29, 2012, at his home.
He was born July 1, 1932, at Gay, Jackson County, a son of the late James Boyd and Arvilla Nadine Whited Southall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Paige, Blondie and Shirley Ann.
Mr. Southall was a retired crane operator for Ravenswood Aluminum, former treasurer and chief of the Spencer Moose Lodge 1812 (1980-85) and life member of the NRA. Also, he was a Marine Corps veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Naomi Ruth Starcher Southall; son, Jerry Lee Southall of Huntington; sister, Dorothy; brothers, Donney and Austin; 5 great grandchildren.
