| Rilma Jarvis Keeton Chandler, 92, of Walton, Roane County, West Virginia, passed away June 25, 2012 at Hubbard House of Charleston.
She was born at Minnora, Calhoun County a daughter of the late Cal and Alice Parsons Jarvis.
She was the owner of Rilma's Bake Shop in Clendenin WV. She was a hard working happy lady who later resided in South Carolina.
Surviving are a daughter, Teresa Harper (Rodney) of Walton; two sons, Albert Keeton (Donna) of Beaufort SC and Charles Robert Keeton (Loretta) of Cuba IL; three half brothers, Bill, Charter and Gary Jarvis all of Chloe; three sisters, Madeline Hardway of Chelyn WV, Nell DeWeese of Arnoldsburg WV and Bonnie Ellison of Minnora; 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Bronx Keeton; and her second husband, Kermit Chandler; brothers, Cecil, Carl, Bruce and Curt; sisters, Maysel, Dessie, Geneva; infant twins; and her stepmother, Grace Bailey Jarvis.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 28 at Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg WV with Rev. Robert Underwood officiating. Interment will be in the Minnora Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. |
