CALHOUN GRAD ACCEPTED TO NORTH AMERICAN RACING ACADEMY (06/12/2012) Chelsea Heery a 2012 graduate of Calhoun County High, was one of twenty-five students accepted into NARA "North American Racing Academy" in Lexington, Kentucky. It is the only school of its kind in the US for thoroughbred racing. Chelsea will be studying toward her Associates Degree in Applied Equine Science, as a Trainer-Exercise rider in the fall of 2012.
