U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin said that Adam K. Seen, a former information technologist and his brother, Jacob T. Seen, both in their 20s, will be sentenced Monday in Charleston on child pornography charges before U.S. District Judge Thomas E. Johnston.
They plead guilty to possession of child pornography in January.
