| Alice "Punk" Green, 55, of Spencer, went to be with the Lord at 8:00 a.m. May 29, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born May 24, 1957 to the late Andrew and Mable Sears Green. Punk was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by one daughter, Crystal (Daniel) Dennis and four granddaughters, Brooklyn Green, Alison, Madison and Jabowa Dennis. And as Punk would call him, her
'adopted son' Kevin Green of Spencer.
Also surviving are her seven siblings, Cecil (Brenda) Green of Spencer, James (Ruth) Green of Evans, WV, Larry (Barb) Green of Leesville, Ohio, Mozelle Justice of Louisville, Ohio, Genieve (Dale) Beckett of Millersburg, Ohio, Marylou (Larry) Smith of Greenbrier, WV, Brenda and Carl of Arnoldsburg and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters, Virginia Hievely, Joettta Westfall, Ada Green and Elizabeth Green. Three brothers, Kenneth Pettit, Robert and Eugene Green.
Funeral services will be held Friday June 1, 2012, 4:00pm at the Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg. Rev. Gary Bowen will officiate. Interment will be in the Green Cemetery at Duck, Clay County WV. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00pm Thursday.
