If you've been walking trails or tracks this month, come to the Wayne Underwood Field this Saturday and bring your log sheet indicating times walked. You will be entered in a drawing to win a $100 gift certificate to be redeemed at any West Virginia State Park. The gift certificate can be used for lodging, camping, food, gift shop, whatever you choose.
Change the Future WV will be at the field from 1:00-3:00 and will be co-sponsoring the Cornhole Tournament and other games and activities during the Wood Festival. There will be a walking challenge on the track. Two to five year olds can walk one lap and be eligible to win a tricycle. Ages five and up can walk four laps and be entered into a drawing for a volleyball-badminton set; walk eight laps and enter drawing to win a bicycle.
The bikes will not be on site because we want to be sure and have the appropriate size-gender. We will take the winners names, addresses, and phone numbers and bikes will be delivered directly to your home.
Come to Wayne Underwood Field and join in the fun!
