| County firefighters have responded to two brush fires Friday and Saturday.
Friday afternoon the Arnoldsburg and Upper West Fork VFDs responded to a small brush fire on Jesses Run, a short distance from US 33-119 at Liberty Hill.
The fire was quickly extinguished.
At 10 p.m. Saturday night, the Upper West Fork VFD was dispatched to a brush fire on Meadow Run, a short distance from Rt. 16 at Minnora.
The state has been on high alert for brush fires, some have burned hundreds of acres. |
