| Two people are facing charges after a drug buy in Braxton County Friday night.
Troopers say Mark Green, 49, sold morphine to a confidential informant. Joshua Smallwood was the driver of the vehicle.
Green is charged with felony delivery of morphine and conspiracy to commit to sell morphine. He is being held on $15,000 bond in central Regional Jail.
Smallwood is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony.
