| Gertrude Angeline Workman, 74, of Rittman, Ohio, formerly of Clay, West Virginia, went home to be one of God's angels April 3, 2012.
Leaving behind her children, Edward and Crystal, Rose Clemson, Ray and Pam Cottrell, Gene and Robin Cottrell, Roger and Connie Cottrell, and Joe and Penny all of Rittman, Rick and Glenda Cottrell of Doylestown OH, Angela and Denver Jarvis of Seville OH, Dave and Donna Workman of Grantsville WV; two brothers, Ray Rogers of Wallback WV and Troy Rogers of Bug Run WV; a sister, Janet of Spencer WV; 21 grandchildren and several great grandchildren as well as an extended family in West Virginia.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
She loved being a homemaker and spending time with her family. She worked at the Magnolia Care Center in Wadsworth, Ohio for 15 years.
The family would like to offer many thanks to Crossroad Hospice, Jason Coontz, Lydia Goodman and Chaplain Tim for their support.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, April 7 at Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg WV. Rev. Glen McBride will officiate. Interment will be in the Moore Fork Cemetery at big Otter.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the services Saturday. |
