ROANE CRASH VICTIM BEING LIFE-FLIGHTED FROM US 33 |

| 8 PM - Roane County emergency services responded to a auto crash at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday along US 33 at Buck Ridge, west of Spencer. The vehicle crashed over a hillside. The Spencer-Roane and Reedy VFDs extracated the victim. The extent of the victim's injuries are not known, but emergency services requested a chopper, and one was in the air from Summersville.
