A Calhoun man's felony drug charges have been reduced to a misdemeanor charge in Roane County magistrate court.
Allan Ray Nelson, 27, of Chloe, was arrested last October after he wrecked his vehicle at Newton.
A Roane County deputy charged him with DUI-2nd offense, driving while his license was revoked, and a felony charge for possession of 42 grams of marijuana.
The Roane County prosecutor agreed to Nelson pleading guilty to DUI-2nd offense and a marijuana misdemeanor charge.
Magistrate Russell Goodwin sentenced him to one-year home confinement in Calhoun, while he participates in a day reporting program.
