 Michael William Jones, 62, passed away peacefully on his farm in Chloe, West Virginia, in early January.
He was a long time resident of Akron, Ohio when he retired in 2004. He finished his 30 year construction career with Laborers Local 894. Besides working in construction, he was a union steward and member of the elections board with Local 894.
Michael treated everyone the same and was generous, ethical, and honest. He enjoyed woodworking, creativity and his farm in West Virginia.
He is survived by his mother, Irene Jones of Greensboro, NC, his brother, Eric Jones and family of Lewisville, NC, his best friend, Obe of Chloe, WV and close friends in Ohio and West Virginia.
Cremation has already taken place, so if you shared anything with Michael over the years, keep that in your memory.
