| Hatzel Leach, 90, of Millstone, died June 12, 2002 at Minnie Hamilton Health
Care Center in Grantsville, following a long illness
Born in Calhoun County on Daniel's Run, he was the son of the late Madison
and Mae Carpenter Leach.
Surviving daughters, Leah Garrett of Millstone and Emilie Marks of Wooster,
Ohio; sister, Ethel Slider of Beckley; nine grandchildren, 20
great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lelah Stump Leach; sisters, Eulah
Harden and Edna Hickman; brothers, Burton, Orville and Paul Leach.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Stump Funeral Home in
Arnoldsburg with the Rev. Cleston Garrett officiating. Interment will be in
the Sycamore Baptist Church Cemetery, Millstone.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. Saturday and one hour
prior the services Sunday.
